VEGAN ICE CREAM SUNDAES!!!
After an epic walk up a huge hill in 102-degree heat, we arrived at Cayo Twist, the vegan ice cream parlor, at 3pm. It opened at 5pm.
So we were forced to drink beers on the roof deck bar next door for 2 hours.
