Well folks, the bike trip is at an end. Nick, Jeff, and I had a great time riding into the rockies, and even managed to get into Glenwood springs half a day ahead of schedule. We camped the last night just below independence pass at 11000 feet. Riding over the pass at 12100 feet and then sailing down to 5700 at Glenwood springs (50 miles of which was on rail trail!) made for one of the best days of cycling i’ve ever had. We’re now bustling back to California on Amtrak.
