Can’t keep a good bum down

Well, we’re back at it! After a weekend of brass band madness in Boston at the Honk festival, Sarah Norr and I are about to embark on another bicycle adventure through New England. We’ll be heading up to vermont to visit our friends’ new place in the Northeast Kingdom. Our plan is to load one pannier with maple syrup and the other with cider, and just alternate straws. Once to Vermont, I’ll be heading solo to Ohio via the Finger Lakes and the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania (that’s two Grand Canyons this year, for those who are counting).
So far so good – I am once again recipient to the inexhaustible font of hospitality the spews forth from Dan Pribble’s beard. We’ve had a slight hangup in that it would seem that gnomes have made off with Sarah’s front wheel. After considering the plausibility of unicycling 200 miles, Dan’s friend Mariana has hooked Sarah up with a spare wheel, so we should be all set to depart tomorrow morning. We’ll let you know how it goes!
